Stephanie E. Stafford, DO, MPH, attended Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX, and received her Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree in 1998. She then pursued the general surgery program at the University of Washington School of Medicine (2000-2002). In addition, Dr. Stafford completed her family medicine residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine (2002-2004). She received board certification in family medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree acquired at Abilene Christian University, as well as a Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Texas Health and Sciences Center (2014).
